Connection Test

PC and Mac users may be prompted to load a small browser plug-in. Once loaded, you will be asked to enter your name and can verify your camera, speaker/headset, and microphone devices. Click the Join button.

Tablet and Smartphone users may be prompted to load a app from their app store. You will be directed to that app loading page automatically. Once the app is loaded you can ignore any prompts for username and password. Simply return to this page and refresh it. Click the Join button.

This process will confirm that your camera, speakers/headset, and microphone are working properly. After joining simply follow the verbal directions. You should see your own picture, hear a recorded message, and record your own message which will also playback to you. You can join the test more than once, but you must refresh this page after 10 minutes.
