Why VRI? Why Connectivity?

We can support seamlessly without difficulty any customer use case from the simple to the complex. We can serve your interpreting needs anywhere in the world, at anytime. Unlike telephonic interpreting, the context, body language, and the surroundings critically important to a quality conversation are clearly evident, as though participants on the call and their interpreter(s) were in the same physical location speaking with one another, when in fact each may be worlds apart. Unlike on-site interpreting which has its place for certain situations, our interpreters are available when you need them, not a few days from now, regardless of where in the world you may be or the language situation you may be confronting. For example:
  • Example #1 (Remote): when an English or other native language speaker, the person with limited English or limited native language proficiency, and the interpreter(s) are each in different physical locations;
  • Example #2 (Co-Located): when both the English or other native language speaker and the person with limited English or limited native language proficiency are co-located in the same physical room, with the interpreter(s) being at a completely different physical location.
  • Example #3 (Mixed): when an English or other native language speaker and the person with limited English or limited native language proficiency are co-located in the same physical room, and another person with limited English or limited native language proficiency along with Third Parties join from completely different physical locations. The interpreter(s) supporting the call can be at any one of the locations with the participating callers, or at a completely different physical location altogether.

Your VRI transition, easily realized!

On Site Interpreting

On Site Interpreting

All parties to the communication are co-located in the same physical room, that is, the interpreter(s), the English or other native language speaker, and the person with limited English or other limited native language proficiency.
Telephone Interpreting

Telephone Interpreting

Enables speakers of different languages to communicate by telephone with the assistance of an interpreter via a three-way conference call.
Video Remote Interpreting

Video Remote Interpreting

Communications between all parties are video-based and enabled by technology, in effect bringing all parties together regardless of geography or language as though in the same physical room.
